Description

You will own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from screening to offer acceptance. You will manage employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for open positions.
• Process hiring-related paperwork, including terminations, leaves, transfers, and promotions.
• Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations and work complaints.
• Maintain accurate employment records using human resources management system software.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of work experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, B-Tech, or foreign equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines.
• Experience interpreting laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• Proficiency with human resources management system software.
• Strong ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues and allegations.
• Permanent work authorization in the USA.
