Manage the full technical recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT and non-IT roles.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Monster, Facebook, and Google using specialized search techniques.
• Screen IT resumes for specialized skills and qualifications to ensure role alignment.
• Conduct pre-screening calls and structured interviews, including technical assessments and behavioral questions.
• Coordinate with IT team leaders and BDMs to forecast hiring needs and department goals.
• Craft personalized outreach emails for passive candidates and manage offer letters and onboarding.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in core technical recruitment.
• Proficiency in IT and non-IT recruitment processes.
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Strong network of IT professionals built through tech conferences and meetups.
• Ability to conduct job and task analyses to document duties and requirements.
• Kept up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
