Manage the full technical recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT and non-IT roles.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates across Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Monster, Facebook, and Google using specialized search techniques.
- Screen IT resumes for specialized skills and qualifications to ensure role alignment.
- Conduct pre-screening calls and structured interviews, including technical assessments and behavioral questions.
- Coordinate with IT team leaders and BDMs to forecast hiring needs and department goals.
- Craft personalized outreach emails for passive candidates and manage offer letters and onboarding.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in core technical recruitment.
- Proficiency in IT and non-IT recruitment processes.
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
- Strong network of IT professionals built through tech conferences and meetups.
- Ability to conduct job and task analyses to document duties and requirements.
- Kept up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
