Description
You own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social platforms, and employee referrals.
- Conduct candidate screening to assess role fit, technical alignment, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal panels to ensure smooth scheduling and feedback loops.
- Track hiring progress, maintain talent pipelines, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of end-to-end technical recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools, preferably ICIMS.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social platforms.
- Experience working within IT Product companies (e.g., Tibco, Salesforce).
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate offers and close candidates effectively.
