You will manage end-to-end technical recruitment for engineering teams, owning the full cycle from sourcing to offer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Source and screen candidates with relevant technical backgrounds.
• Manage candidate pipelines through the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate offer negotiations.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Background in technology or a technical field.
• 1-4 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Strong understanding of technical role requirements.
• Experience with candidate sourcing and pipeline management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for specialized engineering roles.
