You will manage the full lifecycle of technical recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end technical recruitment cycles.
• Identify and engage qualified technical candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines for technical roles.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback loops with hiring managers.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Proven track record as a Technical Recruiter.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation from any discipline.
• Strong sourcing strategies for technical roles.
