You own the full-cycle technical recruitment process for an IT environment, managing sourcing to offer acceptance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.
• Utilize recruitment platforms to source and engage candidates effectively.
• Meet and exceed aggressive hiring targets and quotas.
• Evaluate candidate technical fit against software engineering requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of equivalent experience in technical talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of navigating full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Deep understanding of software engineering skills and roles.
• Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Strong decision-making capabilities in candidate selection.
