You will manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT and non-IT niche requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute search plans to identify potential candidates by reviewing job descriptions and client requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, and social media channels.
• Assess applicant experience, knowledge, and competencies to ensure fit.
• Manage candidate relationships, negotiate wage rates, and employment terms.
• Coordinate the recruitment process by submitting resumes to hiring managers and providing timely updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recruitment experience.
• Proven sourcing expertise using various channels.
• Experience working with internal databases.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage professional relationships and build candidate trust.
• Capacity to handle niche and super-niche technical requirements.
