Description

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, owning the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle technical recruiting from initial sourcing through offer closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active technical talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on hiring needs.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to streamline the recruitment workflow.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in technical recruiting or full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven track record of successfully closing technical roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
• Logical and critical thinking abilities to assess candidate fit and solve hiring challenges.
• Solid understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related HR technology.
