Description

You manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles within the EST time zone.

You own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Execute candidate sourcing and manage requisitions across various job boards.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to define ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to build pipelines for niche talent areas.
• Own the onboarding process, including pre-employment, training, and equipment setup.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting.
• Technical recruiting expertise.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA.
• Understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work the India Night Shift (EST time zone).

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
