Description

You source and hire candidates for niche technical roles while managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for engineering and cloud specialist roles using advanced Boolean searches on LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to define technical requirements and role specifications.
• Manage end-to-end interview coordination, gathering candidate feedback and maintaining engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of technical stacks including Java, Python, React, and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and data-driven hiring metrics.
• Proven experience in technical networking, talent mapping, and stakeholder management.
• 5+ years of recruiting or technical talent acquisition experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for cloud infrastructure and DevOps roles.
• Direct sourcing experience via GitHub and Stack Overflow.
