Description

Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle within an Agile framework to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment planning for application components and microservices according to established schedules.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks to ensure timely releases and maintain release readiness through milestone reviews.
• Lead deployment activities by providing clear documentation, mitigation plans, and support for technical teams during issue resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to support automation tools and drive the transformation toward independent component deployments.
• Communicate release status, requirements, and roadblocks to technical, business, and executive stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in release management or related technical roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft ADO, Jira, Power BI, and Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience managing releases in an Agile environment.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and application interfaces.
• Expertise in development, testing, system architecture, or software configuration.
• Proven ability to manage change management processes and software delivery methodologies.
• Experience with release planning aligned to budget and requirements.
