You will provide technical support to customers and drive new sales opportunities through direct engagement and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations and concept solutions to clients.
• Prepare cost estimations by collaborating with internal departments.
• Manage continuous engagement with existing customers and nurture new prospects.
• Ensure all customer engagements and projects comply with regulatory and legal requirements.

Required Skills

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent graduate education.
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or engineering.
• Proven technical sales engineering experience with machine tools.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience in sales and business development.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
