Responsibilities

• Analyze customer IT needs and technical requirements to provide targeted sales support.
• Source IT consultants for potential clients to maximize conversion rates.
• Manage technical sales calls and prepare contracts and purchase orders for retained clients.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and internal technical support teams.
• Monitor IT market trends and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.

Required Skills

• 1 year of direct technical experience in software development, database/systems administration, or DevOps/systems engineering.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Database management.
• Knowledge of Systems Administration.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable sales strategies.
• MS in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or a related engineering field.
