Description

You will act as a technical advisor, bridging the gap between complex instrumentation solutions and customer process requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase field instrument features.
• Analyze customer process measurement and control needs to recommend specific instrument solutions.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including system configuration and technical troubleshooting.
• Develop technical proposals, quotations, and product specifications aligned with customer budgets.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product management teams to communicate market feedback and customer requirements.
• Gather market intelligence on industry trends and competitive offerings to inform strategy.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering roles, ideally within the field instrument industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of pressure transmitters, flow meters, level sensors, temperature controllers, and analyzers.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes, automation systems, and instrumentation technologies.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using technical drawing tools.
• Ability to travel extensively to customer sites and industry events.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
