Description

You will design and implement reporting frameworks and KPI structures within Salesforce to support revenue operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead KPI workshops with leadership and business analysts to define, justify, and document a formal KPI catalogue.
• Design and review process flows, solution blueprints, and technical documentation to meet business requirements.
• Build, test, and deliver technical solutions including custom Sales Cloud functionality and integrations.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify improvements and provide advisory guidance on support issues.
• Perform gap analysis and manage the end-to-end delivery of reporting and data analysis solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in deep sales reporting and revenue operations.
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM report builder and analytics.
• Proficiency with Salesforce technologies including Apex, SOQL, and Java.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solution designs.
• Experience building custom integrations with Sales Cloud.
• Strong background in data analysis and workflow optimization.
• Ability to present findings and KPI definitions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Any Graduate degree.
