Description

You will lead the design and technical execution of custom Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions on the Force.com platform using Apex and VisualForce.
• Own the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, process flows, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Lead client engagements by facilitating business process analysis and guiding them toward optimal standard functionality.
• Manage application integration and complex data migration projects.
• Mentor technical team members and provide oversight to offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com in development, configuration, or integration roles.
• Proficiency in Apex and VisualForce.
• Experience with application integration and data migration.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to manage risk through fusion RM or risk management strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Application Architect certification.
• Salesforce System Architect certification.
