Description

You will own the delivery of Salesforce initiatives as the primary customer contact.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution across Salesforce Clouds including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Lead customer calls, track progress, and maintain transparency as the single point of contact for delivery.
• Liaise with Business Analysts and Architects to ensure alignment and maintain project trajectory.
• Drive delivery velocity, manage risks, track dependencies, and ensure on-time execution.
• Apply Agile practices to manage sprints, retrospectives, and delivery planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects, including minimum two full-cycle implementations.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce platform limits, declarative configuration, and basic understanding of Apex/Flows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and version control systems like Git or Copado.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, or Consultant).
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps pipelines (Copado/Gearset).
