Description

You will lead the regional delivery of the o9 Global core model, ensuring alignment with global MDS teams and minimizing deviations from the standard.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the o9 Global core model at the regional and BU level by addressing requirements identified through FitGap analysis.
• Manage technical aspects of testing, cutover processes, and risk impact analysis to ensure system validation.
• Lead the regional delivery team to ensure clear milestones, technical readiness, and timely achievement of plan milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, DevOps, and PMO to drive value delivery and manage regional customization sign-offs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as o9, JDA/Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or SAP IBP/APO.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain planning, sales and operations planning (S&OP), and reporting.
• Proven experience in Digital Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in advanced statistical forecasting and consensus forecast generation.
• Proficiency in modeling, reporting, and data integration.
• Understanding of demand sensing solutions using POS/Retail Store data.
• Ability to configure and customize systems to meet specific business requirements.
• Experience integrating planning technical systems with SAP S/4HANA.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
• Certifications in o9 or general planning platforms.
