Description

Lead Agile delivery for retail and eCommerce engineering teams, ensuring continuous delivery and removing impediments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives to maintain team velocity.
• Manage project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize the backlog and coordinate releases across development, QA, and production support.
• Track project health through Agile metrics and reporting to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage vendor and third-party integrations while ensuring seamless delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, specifically within Retail and eCommerce industries.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe and Scrum frameworks for team leadership.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, Omnichannel retail, OMS, PIM, Supply Chain, Retail POS, Loyalty Programs, and Payments/Transaction Processing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional Agile teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience coordinating releases and managing dependencies across development, QA, and business units.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.
