Description

Lead agile processes and technical teams to ensure efficient delivery through Scrum methodologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog, define the product vision, and ensure the team understands backlog goals.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Identify and remove technical or process obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Coach team members on Scrum principles, helping them expand their skill sets and adopt appropriate mindsets.
• Maintain team collaboration and facilitate clear communication with management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Agile Coaching.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong technical background to support engineering teams.
• Ability to teach and implement Scrum practices and principles.
• Experience managing product backlogs and iteration tasks.
• Degree in any field (Graduate).
