Technical Scrum Master

You will lead Agile execution and delivery for multiple teams to ensure progress toward objectives, KPIs, and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Guide assigned Agile teams to deliver required product increments and outcomes.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Architects, and Tech Leads to form execution plans and manage PI Objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve team-level performance, focusing on customer value, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Remove team-level impediments, resolve conflicts, and mitigate identified risks.
• Track and communicate team progress to provide visibility to stakeholders.
• Support resource planning and financial tracking activities at the portfolio level.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
• Proven experience managing delivery of complex, data-driven projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile patterns including burndown charts, facilitating retrospectives, and refining user stories.
• Ability to influence leaders at all levels without traditional hierarchy.
• Financial acumen to manage project budgets and track financial metrics.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members and other Scrum Masters.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data assets such as Snowflake, SQL Server, or Tableau.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master or SAFe certifications.
• Programming and development experience.
