Description

You will lead multiple Agile teams through the software development lifecycle, managing release plans and mitigating risks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop release plans based on team capacity and velocity.
• Manage multiple scrum teams to deliver on committed project plans.
• Identify risks and partner with cross-organizational teams to mitigate them.
• Serve as a liaison between team members and dependent teams, including vendors.
• Mentor cross-functional teams on Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years' experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager leading Agile teams.
• Expert knowledge of Agile and traditional technical project management principles.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence or similar tools.
• Experience overseeing multi-function teams (10-15 members across 2-3 teams).
• Broad technical background to evaluate complex project risks.
• Effective interaction skills with business and IT stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
