Manage Agile delivery and technical coordination for Scrum and Kanban teams in Kansas City, Kansas.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and manage project delivery timelines.
• Translate product roadmaps and technical scopes into actionable workflows.
• Lead technical discussions with architects to propose process and system improvements.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer between on-site and offshore teams.
• Communicate project status and technical updates to key stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of professional experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Technical proficiency with Java.
• Ability to manage stakeholder engagement and daily client communication.
• Experience leading technical problem-solving sessions.
• Proven track record of managing offshore delivery models.
