Description

You will lead Scrum and Kanban teams to ensure timely delivery of technical projects, managing product roadmaps and defining technical scope.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and lead Thinking Breakthrough sessions to solve business problems.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer between on-site and off-shore teams.
• Engage clients daily and present status updates to key stakeholders.
• Participate in technical discussions with architects to propose process and technical improvements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Java or .NET.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum Master methodologies.
• Experience managing Scrum and Kanban workflows.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with architects.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder communications and client engagement.
• Experience facilitating knowledge transfer across distributed teams.
