Description

You will lead and coach engineering teams to deliver products aligned with business goals using Agile frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scrum meetings, iteration reviews, and backlog maintenance.
• Remove roadblocks to product development and facilitate continuous learning of Agile/Scrum principles.
• Coach teams on process adaptation and integrating changing customer inputs into development.
• Partner with Product Owners to define, prioritize, and manage trade-offs between short and long-term outcomes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven background as a Full Stack Developer or software development experience using Java and JavaScript.
• Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to align team actions with project and business objectives.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree.
• 2 years of experience leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects.
