Facilitate Agile delivery and manage Scrum ceremonies for a full-stack development team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage Agile processes within the team.
• Apply technical knowledge to support software development lifecycles.
• Bridge the gap between technical implementation and Agile methodology.
• Coordinate team activities to ensure timely delivery of software features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or Agile roles.
• Proven background in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Java.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
