Description

You will drive Agile delivery for mobile application development and OTT platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide cross-functional teams in Agile and Lean best practices tailored to team maturity.
• Partner with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and engineering leads to manage the product backlog.
• Identify and manage dependencies between teams, components, and services.
• Ensure delivery of mobile and OTT solutions including video streaming, DRM, content recommendation, and analytics.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in IT with 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
• Experience managing development for mobile apps (iOS, Android) and OTT platforms (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV).
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Technical experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and Firebase.
• Competency with CI/CD, API integration, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Background as a developer, QA engineer, or technical analyst.
• Experience working with cross-geo teams in a scaled agile environment.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Conviva.
