Description

You will manage agile delivery for cross-functional technical teams while maintaining hands-on technical oversight.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups to ensure efficiency and resolve blockers immediately.
• Manage and prioritize backlogs, customizing Jira workflows to suit team needs.
• Navigate conflicting priorities and strong personalities across cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
• Compile and present dashboard reports using key metrics to identify critical issues early.
• Balance core Scrum Master duties with technical tasks involving servers and firewalls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical delivery or Scrum role.
• Expert-level Jira proficiency, including workflow customization and backlog management.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and resolving interpersonal conflicts.
• Practical knowledge of servers and firewall configurations.
• Direct experience with Palo Alto system conversions.
• Ability to build relationships with network engineers and technical staff.
• Proven track record of using dashboard reporting to drive project visibility.
