Description

You serve as a Technical Scrum Master for cross-functional engineering teams, combining Agile expertise with a solid technical foundation to deliver complex software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed, prioritized backlog with clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Remove impediments, proactively manage risks, and coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Track and report on Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, throughput, and cycle time.
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices to foster continuous improvement and drive organizational Agile maturity.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years specifically as a Scrum Master in technical teams.
• Strong hands-on experience working with software development teams (web, cloud, APIs, microservices).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience implementing Agile/Scrum frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams including engineering, DevOps, and QA.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
