Description

You will lead Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles to drive delivery of complex healthcare products.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate iteration execution by leading backlog refinement, planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Prepare teams for Program Increment (PI) Planning, supporting the creation of PI plans, objectives, and business value alignment.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across business, release management, third-party development, QA, and other Scrum teams.
• Monitor product roadmaps, identify key business issues, and implement action plans to deliver business value.
• Coordinate operational readiness activities, including change management, across the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Scrum Master or Project Management experience.
• Active Scaled Agile (SAFe) Certification (Scrum Master or Product Owner/Product Manager).
• Hands-on technical experience with Java and APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL and data mapping.
• Experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Demonstrated ability to remove blockers and work with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
