Description

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage sprint activities and remove blockers for the development team.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Support teams working on Apache Kafka and event-driven applications.
• Track sprint progress, team performance, and project deliverables.
• Identify risks, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills:

• Experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, sprint tracking, and backlog management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
