Description

You lead project planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise technical solutions, driving database and cloud migration initiatives while maintaining system stability and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and track project objectives, timelines, and milestones to ensure business value delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, DevOps, and support teams to align technical capabilities with project goals.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, proactively mitigating challenges to maintain progress.
• Coach teams on Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and support CI/CD adoption.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale Agile programs.
• Expert proficiency in Jira for backlog management, reporting, and roadmap creation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience managing technical teams building enterprise-class software.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AWS preferred.
• CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification.
