Description

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive process improvements, and enable technology modernization for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies and enforce Agile principles across teams.
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering teams to align on technology modernization goals.
• Identify and resolve impediments blocking team progress, escalating issues when necessary.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices to build an Agile culture.
• Provide transparency on project status and delivery metrics using Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience managing Agile teams within enterprise digital transformation.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Strong technical foundation covering Architecture, APIs, CI/CD, and Cloud Platforms.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in large-scale environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level Agile transformation efforts.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical topics including APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
