Description

Guide and enable Agile teams through delivery cycles, facilitating ceremonies and driving continuous improvement.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies and ensure strict adherence to Agile principles.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to align on technology modernization goals.
• Drive continuous improvement across team processes, performance, and overall Agile maturity.
• Identify and resolve impediments slowing team progress, escalating issues when necessary.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices to build a high-performing culture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing Agile teams in enterprise digital transformation.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Strong technical background covering architecture, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for status reporting and metrics.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across domains.

Preferred Skills

• Recent experience within the financial services industry.
• Experience with major platform modernization or legacy-to-cloud transitions.
