Description

Experience working with platform, infrastructure, data, DevOps, SRE, or operations teams (not just feature/product delivery teams)
Demonstrated success supporting teams with:
Production support and incident-driven work
Security, infrastructure, or reliability initiatives
Frequent unplanned or high‑priority work
Experience coordinating across multiple teams/pods simultaneously
Proven ability to operate in environments with significant cross-team and external dependencies
Comfortable working with senior engineers, tech leads, and managers without direct authority
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Pragmatic application of Agile/Scrum (e.g. adapts scrum to fit operational realities instead of forcing strict frameworks)

Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
Proactively identifies blockers and risks rather than reacting late
