Description

You facilitate Agile practices for platform, infrastructure, data, DevOps, and SRE teams, managing production support, incident response, and reliability initiatives alongside planned work.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across multiple teams and external dependencies to manage frequent unplanned or high-priority work.
• Re-plan sprints confidently when priorities shift, clearly distinguishing between BAU operations and initiative work.
• Identify blockers and risks proactively, reinforcing ownership and accountability without direct authority.
• Standardize execution practices to clarify what belongs in sprint queues versus ops/support queues.
• Facilitate ceremonies and communication, adapting Scrum to fit operational realities rather than forcing strict frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile facilitation.
• Experience supporting platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE teams.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for working with senior engineers and managers.
• Proficiency with Jira for tracking and workflow management.
• Understanding of DevSecOps and SRE principles.
• Ability to operate effectively in environments with significant ambiguity and rapid change.
• Pragmatic application of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with cross-team coordination and external dependencies.
