Description

You will manage complex cross-functional IT projects and lead geographically distributed teams using an onsite/offshore model.

Responsibilities

• Manage project dependencies, change management, and release planning through to execution.
• Identify and mitigate ongoing issues and risks to keep projects on track.
• Align diverse teams toward common goals and specific project milestones.
• Drive quality control practices and monitor agile metrics across development and QA activities.
• Provide detailed planning, tracking, and management reporting.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Proven Scrum Master experience handling complex IT projects.
• Expertise in dependency management and change management.
• Experience with release planning and execution.
• Ability to lead teams in an onsite/offshore delivery model.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience working at Cisco.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
