Description

Lead Agile delivery for electrophysiology projects, balancing technical depth with team facilitation to ensure predictable sprint execution and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily scrums, backlog refinement, and sprint planning for cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and systems engineers.
• Drive predictable project delivery by managing JIRA workflows, bug tracking, and adherence to sprint plans.
• Align technical execution with product owners and cross-functional stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain cadence.
• Support UI updates, performance optimization, and cybersecurity initiatives within the cardiac mapping domain.
• Foster team dynamics and critical thinking while ensuring hands-on understanding of software development lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years overall experience in software engineering or technical roles.
• 3–5 years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach.
• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements for C++, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with Software Engineers and Product Owners in complex systems.

Preferred Skills

• CSM certification or equivalent Agile credential.
• Background in medical devices, regulatory knowledge, or electrophysiology projects.
• Hands-on software development project experience.
