Description

You will lead Agile teams through large-scale platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies to ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to align delivery with technology modernization goals.
• Identify and resolve impediments to team progress, escalating issues when necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement in team processes, performance, and overall Agile maturity.
• Provide transparency into project status, team health, and delivery metrics using Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing Agile teams within enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong technical background with the ability to discuss architecture, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Hands-on familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple domains.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with major platform modernization projects or legacy-to-cloud transitions.
• Background in the financial services industry (BFSI).
