Description

You will lead end-to-end technology project delivery and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery to ensure all scope, timeline, and budget requirements are met.
• Develop delivery plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive efficient project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure technical solutions align with customer standards and requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery or technical management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Hands-on software development experience, preferably with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with delivery management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple project deliveries simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Lean methodologies.
• Prior experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
