Bridge business needs and technical solutions through systems analysis, data automation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical business and systems analysis on new intakes to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and design appropriate solutions.
• Design and develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems using pivot tables and charts.
• Document business cases and automate manual processes to improve organizational transparency.
• Author technical artifacts such as context diagrams, data flow diagrams, and business process diagrams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience in data analysis, data management, and report development.
• 6 years of Microsoft Power BI development.
• 6 years of Microsoft Power Automate experience.
• 6 years of experience using MS Office applications, including Visio.
• 5 years of experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Forms, populating SharePoint lists, and managing attachments.
• Proven ability to provide accurate cost and effort estimations for business cases.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
• IT Project Management experience.
