Description

You will manage service delivery coordination and client relationships to ensure technical services meet agreed standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and concerns.
  • Monitor service performance by analyzing metrics and implementing process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate service records, incident reports, and performance documentation.
  • Plan team workloads by assigning tasks based on member qualifications and skill sets.
  • Prioritize incidents and urgent changes while managing standard changes and project work.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery services and infrastructure technologies.
  • Deep understanding of service delivery processes and performance metrics including SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and resolve technical issues.
  • Experience in work planning, task delegation, and resource allocation.
  • Strong communication skills for reporting to both clients and management.
  • Ability to write and maintain work instructions to ensure reproducible processes.
  • Competency in prioritizing high-priority incidents and urgent changes within a managed operations environment.
