Description

You will manage service governance, technical escalations, and the delivery of system validations and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, and report on SLAs and SLOs while acting as the primary escalation point for critical incidents.
• Conduct regular service review meetings with internal leadership and external partners including Google and Capgemini.
• Lead Level 3/4 technical support and guide teams through complex troubleshooting of hardware, networking, and storage fabrics.
• Review and validate technical documentation, Helm charts, and automation scripts to ensure production standards.
• Lead high-priority Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and drive automation initiatives to eliminate manual toil.
• Mentor the team through technical deep-dives in Linux internals, Kubernetes, and cloud-native networking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical service delivery or similar roles.
• Proven experience governing Kubernetes, containerized environments, and private cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with at least three of the following: HPE, Dell, Cisco, NetApp, or Palo Alto.
• Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL/Ubuntu) and system-level troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in reading and reviewing Python, Shell, or Ansible code.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management) within Agile/DevOps environments.
• Experience with Helm and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation-first workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) or air-gapped/sovereign cloud solutions.
• Experience with Prometheus/Grafana stacks and SLO-based alerting.
• Understanding of FIPS compliance, HSM bootstrapping (Thales), and secure supply chain protocols.
• Certifications such as CKA, ITIL v4, or Professional Cloud Architect.
