Description

You will manage and maintain computer networks, hardware, and software configurations to ensure system stability and security.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues and replace defective components.
• Administer computer networks, systems software, and applications.
• Implement network security measures and perform data backups and disaster recovery.
• Monitor system performance using master consoles and manage network access.
• Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and hardware inventory.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical service or related IT roles.
• Proficiency in networking software and operating system software.
• Experience with hardware configurations and testing.
• Ability to manage network startup/shutdown procedures and control records.
• Experience coordinating with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related IT field.
