Description

You will manage technical delivery and system landscapes for Rise with SAP customers during their S/4HANA Private Cloud adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for private cloud customers regarding delivery topics, technology discussions, and contractual entitlements.
• Own the technical landscape and orchestrate end-to-end delivery for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
• Manage operational security risks by ensuring maintenance activities, compliance reports, and risk letters are addressed promptly.
• Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers on business continuity, security, compliance, and innovation roadmaps.
• Drive operational topics and ticket handling through close collaboration with Technical Operations.
• Mitigate issues and manage escalations to maintain customer satisfaction and protect revenue through contract renewals.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of SAP Technical Administration with SAP Basis skills.
• 3 years of customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting experience.
• Deep understanding of S/4HANA architecture, conversion, and migration paths.
• Proven experience in solution design, enterprise architecture, and SAP implementation.
• Experience in technical project planning, implementation, and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and IT technical infrastructure.
• Mandatory proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in SAP Basis/Application, Project Management, or Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of IT Service Management standards such as ITIL.
• Experience with SAP RISE or ECS.
