Description

You serve as the primary contact for the technical service contact center supporting the Medical Device business.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to handle service requests, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Create and dispatch service orders for field staff, including installation and depot repair requests.
• Execute data entry for spare parts orders, FOC orders, and inventory movements within SAP.
• Maintain equipment master records, SharePoint requests, and daily depot reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role.
• Proficiency in SAP for part movement, inventory, and reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, specifically Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in SharePoint for request maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate hardware installation communications.
• Strong written, typing, and oral communication skills.
• Experience managing service requests, installations, and preventive maintenance plans.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to identify and report potential complaints based on established service order criteria.
