Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform and its modules.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation, administration, and support for ITAM, TSM, ITSM, ITOM, and OMT.
• Execute platform enhancements for user interfaces, system properties, foundation data, and workflows.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades to ensure minimal disruption while leveraging latest releases.
• Maintain environment consistency across development, testing, and production stages.
• Analyze system deficiencies and propose technical solutions or prototypes.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow Glide objects: GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, and GlideAjax.
• Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform navigation, configuration, and scripting.
• Proficiency with web services: XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and REST.
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver against requirements.
• Experience following ServiceNow development best practices and managing environments.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL v3 certification.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework.
