Description

You will lead technical implementations and platform management within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop solutions directly on the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage and execute multiple ServiceNow platform upgrades.
• Implement integrations using SOAP and REST web services.
• Deliver project requirements according to established schedules and priorities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Proficiency with SOAP and REST web service integrations.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering techniques.
• Experience using Office 365.

Preferred Skills

• B.E., B.Tech, or MCA in Computer Science.
