Description

Manage ServiceNow projects and drive technical requirements through the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse ServiceNow projects from inception to completion.
• Define business system requirements, system design, and technical architecture.
• Enforce SDLC and DevOps principles within the team.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Apply project management methodologies including Waterfall and Scrum/Agile.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience managing ServiceNow projects.
• 18+ months of direct experience working in ServiceNow.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis for system design or technical architecture.
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of SDLC and DevOps principles.
• ServiceNow Certification (P1-P4 level based on experience).

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
