Description

You will advise customers on cloud strategies and troubleshoot technical issues while documenting solutions to improve team efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Translate technical concepts into accessible terms to help customers install and use applications effectively.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems across various environments and advocate for user needs with product management.
  • Share technical knowledge with peers through one-on-one conversations, training sessions, or workshops.
  • Document solutions in the knowledge base to increase efficiency across departments.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
  • Solid fundamentals in Linux and networking.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other major cloud providers.
  • Proficiency with MongoDB, MySQL, or other database technologies.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems across various environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Industry certifications such as RedHat Certified Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Japanese, or Mandarin.
  • Previous application support experience.
